I'm Declan Rogers, founder of Tenaciousminds Consulting.

I bring 30+ years of commercial leadership, enterprise sales and technology experience to the practical adoption of AI, working with leaders and owners on complex commercial decisions, growth and major customer relationships.

For the past three years I've focused that experience on helping organisations move from scattered AI experiments to practical adoption and measurable value.

My work spans AI readiness, adoption planning, leadership facilitation, workforce enablement, commercial transformation, ROI development and coordinating specialist partners.

I'm not an AI engineer, and not every problem needs AI. I am proficient in AI tools and automation, enough to get you started and to build the practical things that prove value early. My value is asking the right commercial questions and translating between leadership, employees and technology.

I also co-founded the SME AI Implementation Alliance, bringing AI practitioners, SME owners, technologists, change experts and policy voices together inside three months, and now convene a monthly half-day roundtable where owners share real problems and we build practical pathways to safe, responsible AI adoption. Alongside that, I've delivered AI and ChatGPT programmes for leaders and customer-facing teams.

The goal is simple: better AI decisions, people equipped to use it, and the right opportunities turned into results.
